A qualified Personal Trainer, Becky is also a certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, as well as holding specialist certifications in Behaviour Change, Weight Loss, Corrective Exercise and Mental Health Awareness.
Based in Cornwall, Becky loves spending time with her partner and son, reading, and enjoying the odd cake or cocktail. Her own struggles with mental health, food, body image and life’s upheavals inform her warm and supportive coaching style, making her the perfect ally for any woman looking to thrive through perimenopause and beyond.
